- Hectar Manuel Rivera, 57, of 1215 Bateman St., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for fifth-degree theft.
- Elvio Reyes, 50, of 523 Third St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of willful injury causing bodily injury.
