Starting Monday, May 8 and lasting until about June 1, Iowa Highway 141 will be closed intermittently between U.S. Highway 169 east of Perry and Iowa Highway 4 north of Yale in Guthrie County.
The on-and-off closure of about 17 miles of the state highway will allow work crews to fill cracks in the asphalt surface of the roadway. It is unknown where along the route the work will begin.
A pilot car will be used to control traffic weekdays between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.
