- Taylor Boucher, 34, of 264 N.W. Plainside Pl., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.

- Cyrus Alonzo, 38, of 15709 Monroe St., Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on original charges of OWI and possession of a controlled substance.

- Elia Rungere, 33, of no fixed abode was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
July 6, 2023
- Carlos Legaspy Angulo of Dumas, Texas, was traveling on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 104 mile marker when he pulled onto the shoulder, and the semi-tractor trailer he was driving tipped over onto its passenger side. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $100,000.
- Charles Barnes, 45, of 810 S. R St., Indianola, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
- Steven Abarr, 53, of 1453 S.E. Sapphire Lane, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
