- Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 400 block of First Avenue. The case is under investigation.
- A 2013 Toyota, registered to and driven by Pamela Jean Fantauzzi of 1814 SixthSt., Perry, collided with a bicycle, ridden by Cayden Hay of Perry. The incident is under investigation. No report has been completed.
- Anthony Charles Kennedy, 41, of 802 W. Lincoln Way, Jefferson, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for fifth-degree theft.
July 20, 2023
- Anthony Charles Kennedy, 41, of 802 W. Lincoln Way, Jefferson, was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana.
- Marlon Alvayero, 18, of 1509 Eighth St., Perry was arrested on charges of driving under suspension, possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
