July 25, 2023
- Chantelle Dudley, 30, of 4945 N.W. Piekenbrock Dr., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Esteban Maradiaga of Humboldt was traveling on 195th Street near Minburn when he fell asleep and missed a curve, and his vehicle entered the ditch and overturned. Both Maradiaga and his passenger left the scene on foot and were later located near N Avenue. Maradiaga and his passenger were transported to Mercy One Medical Center by Dallas County EMS. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $10,000. Maradiaga was issued a citation for failure to maintain control, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, driving under suspension and reporting accidents at a later time.
July 26, 2023
- Lawrence Rios, 30, of 3785 Windmill Road, Uvalde, Texas, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Alyssa Enderson, 20, of 13106 N.E. 104th St., Vancouver, Washington, was arrested for violation of a no-contact order.
- Benjamin Styles, 40, of 328 Pattee St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for first-degree criminal mischief, assault with intent to inflict serious injury and driving while revoked.
