August 1, 2023
- Lindsay Fluharty of Linden was traveling in the 25000 block of Amarillo Avenue when her vehicle struck a dog. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $2,000.
August 3, 2023
- Craig Eckhart of Salina, Kansas, was traveling near the 100 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 when his semi -tractor trailer was struck by a vehicle, driven by Joston Santos of West Des Moines. Eckhart was in the fast lane and passing when the cargo van that Santos was driving jerked to the left, striking Eckhart’s vehicle. No injuries were reported. Damage to Santos’ vehicle was estimated at $3,000, and damage to Eckhart’s vehicle was estimated at $2,000.
- Nicholas K Clayton, 33, of 2801 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while license suspended.
