August 28, 2023
- Sarah Andreesen of Van Meter was traveling in the 29000 block of 360th Street when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,500.
- Reid Platts, 31, of 9532 Valley Parkway, Johnston, was arrested for OWI and issued a citation for failure to stop in assured clear distance.
August 29, 2023
- Halena Lorenzini, 32, of 708 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on original charges of fifth-degree theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.
August 30, 2023
- Ben Jameson, 58, of 1707 Merle Hay Road, Des Moines, was arrested for driving while barred.
