- Daniel Ramirez, 39, of 2665 Summer Meadows Dr., Perry, was arrested on Dallas County warrants for failure to appear on original charges of two counts of driving under suspension and failure to yield to emergency vehicle.
- Randy Giovanni Perez Enriquez, 32, of 1306 Sixth St., Perry, was arrested on Dallas County warrants for failure to appear on original charges of first-offense OWI.

- Ena S. Martinez Soriano, 55, of 2324 Otley Ave., Perry, was issued a citation for third-offense barking dog.
- Yoana Adams, 33, of 2101 Lucinda St., Perry, was arrested on charges of second-offense domestic abuse assault and obstruction of emergency communication.
- Misty May Boutchee, 54, of 1724 Seventh St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 2600 block of Marengo Drive. The situation calmed itself prior to the officers’ arrival.
Sept. 4, 2023
- Officers received a report of criminal mischief in the 900 block of 18th Street. The case is under investigation.
- Officers received a report of harassment in the 2400 block of Evelyn Street. The harassment was coming from an unknown person, and the victim was advised to block the person.
