Yoanna Arreola Adams, 33, of 2101 Lucinda St., Perry, was charged with second-offense domestic abuse assault-bodily injury or mental illness.

The incident began about 2 a.m. on Sept. 3 in the 1500 bock of North Street, where officers of the Perry PoliceĀ  Department responded to a report of a domestic disturbance.
