Sept. 25, 2023

  • A 13-year-old male from Perry was arrested on a charge of first-degree harassment.
  • A 13-year-old male from Perry was arrested on a charge of first-degree harassment.
  • Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 2600 block of McKinley Street. The situation between mother and child calmed down.

Sept. 26, 2023

  • Officers responded to a report of a rolling domestic in the area of W. Second and Lucinda streets. The officers were unable to locate anything out of the ordinary.

Sept. 27, 2023

  • Joshua Abraham Solano, 28, of 18355 180th Lane, Perry, was arrested on a Guthrie County warrant for probation violation.
  • Officers received a report of criminal mischief in the 2900 block of Warford Street. A tire was slashed sometime overnight. Damage was estimated at $150.

Sept. 28, 2023

  • A 2004 trailer, registered to Tricrete Construction of 1830 S.E. Princeton Dr., Grimes,
    and driven by Nathan Lee Keubler of 31702 206th St., Dallas Center, struck a house, owned by Sheldon Douglas Zinnel at 1824 First Ave., Perry. The trailer was traveling southbound in the 1800 block of First Avenue when it lost a tire came and struck Zinnel’s house along with the neighboring house. No damage was reported to Zinnel’s house, but there was damage to the neighboring house, of which the owner has not been identified.
  • James Kenneth Harris, 36, of 746 330th St., Woodward, was arrested on a charge of driving while barred.
  • Jonathan Elias Ponce Barrera, 33, of 1112 Williams St., Des Moines, was arrested on a charge of second-offense OWI.

Sept. 29, 2023

  • A 2014 Hyundai Accent, registered to and driven by Celine Jill McMurry of 100 N.W. Eighth St., Grimes, collided with a 2011 Hyundai Elantra, registered to Eric Jason Eigenfeld of 15266 Ridgeview Dr., Clive, and driven by Lisa Marie Daggett of 116 W. Fourth St., Bouton, near the intersection of Iowa Highway 141 and Iowa Street. No injuries were reported. McMurry was issued a citation for improper lane change.
