- Dennis Kemble of Yale was traveling in the 21600 block of Minburn Rodd when his vehicle struck an animal, causing Kemble to swerve and lose control of the vehicle, which struck both sides of a bridge. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $7,000.
- Natalio De La Cruz, 31, of 660 S.E. Alice’s Road, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of public intoxication.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
