The Raccoon River Valley Trail has finally reached 128th Street between Bouton and U;S. Highway 169, and the roadway will be closed from Monday, Oct. 16 until Friday, Oct. 27 for the construction of a paved trail crossing, the Dallas County Secondary Roads Department announced Thursday.
