- Bobby Mumford, 43, of 207 N. West St., Yale, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of OWI.
- Miquel Dunn, 24, of 1826 S.W. Lesina Lane, Ankeny, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
