Nov. 27, 2023
- Edward William Lockner Jr., 2827 67th St., Des Moines, was arrested on charges of first-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and felon in possession of a firearm-domestic abuse.
- Officers received a report of a theft in the 1600 block of Eighth Street. A backpack and phone were taken, and the property was retrieved.
- Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1400 block of Willis Avenue. The dispute was verbal only.
Nov. 28, 2023
- Dieudener Dieudonne, 28, of 720 Fanelii Court, Orlando, Florida, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and child endangerment.
- Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 400 block of First Avenue. A subject was advised not to come to the store any more.
- Officers responded to a report of theft in the 2800 block of Eastern Avenue. Tools were taken worth an estimated $1,800.
- Officers responded to a report of a fight in the 1700 block of Fourth Street. The situation calmed.
- A 17-year-old male from Perry was arrested on a charge of assault causing bodily injury.

- Victor Ivan Nava-Ferman of 822 16th St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
Nov. 30, 2023
- Officers responded to a report of theft in the 500 block of First Avenue. Property was returned.
- Mason Lorn Sholley Devilbiss, 21, of 212 Lucinda St., Perry, was arrested on charges of third or subsequent offense possession of a controlled substance-cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
