- Mary Hast of Scranton was traveling on Bear Creek Road near H Avenue when her vehicle was struck by a vehicle, driven by Amber Anderson of Earlham. No injuries were reported. Damage to Anderson’s vehicle was estimated at $1,500, and damage to Hast’s vehicle was estimated at $1,500. Hast was issued a citation for failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way.
- Jean Hersch of 905 Linden St., Dallas Center, was cited and released on a charge of assault causing bodily injury.
