Feb. 5, 2024
- Noah Luther of Jefferson was traveling in the 25000 block of Iowa Highway 141 when his vehicle struck a vehicle, driven by Melisa Kite of Newton, who then left the scene of the accident. No injuries were reported. Damage to Luther’s vehicle was estimated at $20,000, and damage to Kite’s vehicle was estimated at $10,000. Kite was later located and issued a citation for leaving the scene of an accident and no insurance.
- Casey Robinson of Dexter was traveling in the 500 block of Second in Redfield when his vehicle struck a legally parked vehicle, owned by Misty Hubbard of Redfield. No injuries were reported. Damage to Robinson’s vehicle was estimated at $5,000, and damage to Hubbard’s vehicle was estimated at $4,000.

- Alyssa Jessogne, 32, of 2406 E. 147th Ave., Thornton, Colorado, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
