- Alejandra Vaca Ochoa of Perry was traveling on Iowa Highway 141 near T Avenue when her vehicle left the roadway and entered the ditch. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $2,500.

- Hugo Campos, 44, of no fixed abode was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
- Arlene Bell, 32, of 6630 Nature Road N.W., Bemidji, Minnesota, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury.
- Rudolph Zagar, 39, of 2602 McKinley St., Perry, was charged with violation of a no-contact order.
- Heather Garcia of Lake City was traveling on Iowa Highway 141 near mile marker 137 when her vehicle left the roadway and entered the ditch. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,500.
- David Steward of Earlham was traveling in the 32000 block of Old Highway 6 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $15,000.

- Nonie Rizley, 37, of 8925 Cascade Ave., West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
