- Manuel Roberto Tiquiram, 38, of 1612 W. Second St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of first-offense OWI.

- Behenzin Nucord Bridges, 38, of 2939 Kading Road, Perry was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
