May 18, 2024
- A 2014 Kia Sorento, driven by Rood Odelins Francois, 28, of 2811 Warford St., Perry, collided with a building in the 1200 block of 18th Street. No injuries were reported. Damage to the building, included a broken window, multiple broken and dislodged bricks and interior studs exposed.
- Officers responded to a report of theft in the 1300 block of Iowa Highway 141. The loss was estimated at $120, The case is under investigation.
- Hailey Jo Hoyle, 18, of 1007 Sand St., Churdan, was arrested on a charge of first-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.
- Grabiel Garcia, 43, of 2021 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on charges of driving while barred and possession of drug paraphernalia.
May 19, 2024
- Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 700 block of Fourth Street. The dispute was verbal only.
- Stevenson Hyppolite, 27, of 2902 Iowa St., #3, Perry, was arrested on a charge of with assault causing bodily injury.
- Alaby Cayo, 39, of 2902 Iowa St., #3, Perry, was arrested on a charge of assault causing bodily injury.

- Jean Pascal, 29, of 3307 McKinley St., #203, Perry, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct-fighting and assault causing bodiIy injury.
