- A pickup truck, driven by Todd Haynes of Yale, struck a deer on Iowa Highway 141 near Diagonal Road. No injuries were reported. The vehicle sustained front-end damage.
- Steven Alan Sholley, 59, of 1215 Bateman St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving while revoked.
