Skipper Winey, 48, of Perry passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2024, in Luther, Iowa.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 20 at 11 a.m. at the Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home-Perry Chapel, with family greeting friends from 10 a.m. Burial will take place at the Violet Hill Cemetery in Perry, Iowa.
