July 19, 2024
- A 17-year-old male from Perry was arrested on charges of third-degree burglary, second-degree theft, eluding, driving under suspension, reckless driving and careless driving.
- Sophia Paz Rutherford, 29, of 2951 Kading Road, Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for violation of condition of pretrial release on original charges of controlled substance violation, three counts of possession of a controlled substance and child endangerment.
- Officers responded to a report of harassment and criminal mischief in the 700 block of Fifth Street. Officers assisted the Hamilton County Sheriff’s office.

- Danielle Janette Dalton, 40, of Madrid was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- Kyla Ann Richards, 24, of 1024 14th St., Perry, was arrested on charges of public intoxication, child endangerment and assault on persons in certain occupations.
- Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance near Second and Bateman streets.
- Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 700 block of Fifth Street.
- Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 1600 block of Willis Avenue.
- Officers responded to a report of suspicious male in the 1200 block of W. Second Street.

- A 14-year-old male from Ames was arrested on charges of third-degree burglary, first-offense vehicle theft, second-degree theft and first-offense possession of alcohol underage.
- A 16-year-old male from Ames was arrested on charges of third-degree burglary, first-offense vehicle theft, second-degree theft and first-offense possession of alcohol underage.
- Amadeo Martinez Alvarez, 52, 328 Pattee St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of first-offense OWI.
- Lea Morris-Lemi Eremti, 23, of 2509 Templeton St., Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of prescription drugs.

- Damien Michael Schwering, 20, of 304 First St. N.E., Dayton, was arrested on charges of second-offense OWI and Interference with official acts.
