July 26, 2024
- Austin Murphy, 25, of 703 S.E. Dovetail Lane, Grimes, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for indecent exposure and for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and was issued a citation for speeding.
- Brad Rudolf, 44, of 1477 Limestone Ave., Winterset, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
July 27, 2024
- Christopher Montinguise, 33, of 3616 34th St., Des Moines, was arrested for eluding and possession of drug paraphernalia and was issued citations for two counts of failure to stop in assured clear distance, two counts of driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway, reckless driving, driving while suspended and improper rear lamps.
July 28, 2024
- Widson Jean of Coral Springs, Florida, was traveling on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 114 mile marker when his vehicle entered the median. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $5,000.
- Rovidio De Paz Y De Paz, 53, of 1620 Second St., Perry, was arrested for OWI and insufficient number of headlights.
