- Michael Joseph Kellogg, 36, of 624 Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested on a Madison County warrant for interference with official acts.
- Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 1000 block of Paul Street.
- Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 2600 block of Otley Avenue. The dispute was verbal only.
- Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 900 block of Willis Avenue.
