- Lawrence Marsh, 58, of 819 Thomas St., Redfield, was arrested for domestic abuse assault and obstruction of emergency communications.
- Kenneth Ross, 61, of 4200 S.E. 12th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft.
- Heather Banda, 47, of 6504 Chaffee Road, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
