November 8, 2024

  • Officers responded to a report of criminal mischief in the 1700 block of Second Street.
  • Alyza Anai Rios, 25, of 2922 Kading Road, Perry, was arrested on a charge of second-offense OWI.

November 9, 2024

  • Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct in from the 500 block of First Avenue.
  • Julio Adrian Ruiz, 22, of 1421 Fifth St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of second-offense domestic abuse.

November 10, 2024

  • Edwin Antonio Montes Mendez, 28, of 624 Third St., Perry, was arrested on charges of driving while barred, driving while suspended and first-offense possession of controlled substance-marijuana.

November 11, 2024

  • Phillip Daniel Gashe, 29, of 2801 First Ave., Perry, was arrested om charges of third or subsequent offense OWI and tampering with ignition interlock device.
  • A 2020 Chevy Silverado, driven by Kevin Galicia, collided with a 2010 Honda, driven by Jorge Espinoza Roman near the intersection of 130th Street and Kimple Place. No injuries were reported.
  • Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 1300 block of Evelyn Street.
  • Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 1200 block of 18th Street.

November 12, 2024

  • A 2016 Jeep Cherokee, driven by Gilberto Pineda Lara, collided with a 1999 GMC Denali, driven by Nathan Edward Keeny, at the intersection of Iowa Highway 141 and Soumas Avenue. No injuries were reported. Gilberto was issued a citation for failure to obey a stop sign.
  • Julie Irene Williams, 42, of 1816 Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of first-offense domestic abuse assault.
  • Fredy Guillermo Espinoza- Flores, 22, of 3309 McKinley St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
  • A 1999 Mitsubishi Diamonte, driven by Kevin Kestle, collided with a 2022 Dodge Durango, driven by Noelia Giron, at the intersection of Third and North streets. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $3,000.
  • Officers responded to a report of theft in the 1700 block of Fourth Street. The case is under investigation.
