A Waukee woman was arrested Tuesday after allegedly assaulting a Redfield woman while screaming, “I’ll kill you and your baby!”
Megan Renee Seibert, 30, of 350 S.E. Westgate Dr., Waukee, was charged with assault with intent to inflict serious injury.
The incident began about 8 p.m. Tuesday at a residence in the 300 block of S.E. Westgate Drive, where officers of the Waukee Police Department responded to a report of a domestic disturbance.
According to court records, Seibert “grabbed” the victim’s “hair and hit” the victim’s “head against the toilet, tried to shove” the victim’s “face into the toilet to drown her, then shoved” the victim “to the ground, repeatedly kicking her in the stomach while yelling. ‘I’ll kill your baby.'”
The victim fled the residence, and Seibert allegedly “chased her down the street” while “yelling, ‘I’ll kill you and your baby,'” according to court records.
Seibert is held in the Dallas County Jail on a $2,000 cash or surety bond. She is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Jan. 10 in Dallas County District Court.
