- Angelo Cipale, 25, of 2037 Courtland Dr., Des Moines, was arrested for interference with official acts, failure to stop in assured clear distance, unlawful possession of a prescription drug and possession of a controlled substance.
- Colton Johnson, 24, of 2401 Indianola Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for second-degree harassment.
