- Myracle Zamarron, 26, of 1083 22nd St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while barred.
- Brandi Barney, 48, of 6401 N. Winwood Dr., Johnston, was arrested on a warrant for first-degree theft.
- Roneel Chandra, 37, of 632 W. Second St., Templeton, was arrested for OWI and issued a citation for open container.
