- Isaac Zulu, 24, of 390 Fourth St., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
- David Rivas-Garcia, 21, of 4036 Hubbel Ave, Des Moines, was arrested for controlled substance violation, failure to affix drug stamp and driving while revoked and was issued a citation for no insurance.
