March 27, 2025
- Jonathan De Jesus Corado Melendrez, 27, of 2801 First Ave., Perry was charged with third or subsequent offense domestic abuse assault and domestic abuse assault-impeding air/blood flow causing bodily injury.
- Deaken John Pinegar, 46, of Minburn was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- Officers responded to a report of threats made in the 600 block of 10th Street.
- Officers responded to a report of burglary in the 500 block of Clearview Drive.

- A 2010 Dodge Caravan, driven by Jonathan Alvarado Hernandez of 2801 First Ave., Perry, collided with a bicycle, operated by a 6-year-old from Perry, near the intersection of Eighth and Iowa streets. Alvarado Hernandez was issued a citation for no license.

- Gerald Dean Johnson, 64, of 2630 Warford St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Matthew David Corrigan, 33, of 1607 First Ave., Perry, was charged with first-degree harassment, two counts of assault on persons in certain occupations-bodily injury, interference with officials acts-bodily injury, second-offense OWI and possession of nitrous oxide.
- A 2014 Ford F150, driven by Aiden Hibbert if 2222 First Ave., Perry, collided with a fence in the 2200 block of Fourth Street. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $500.
March 30, 2025
- Robert Nathan Martinez of Slater was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- A 2016 Ford Escape, driven by Giovanni Sanchez Nunez Fredy of 1911 Willis Ave., Perry, collided with a legally parked 2024 Honda Odyssey, registered to Garret Loren Grimm of 1610 16th St., Perry, in the 1300 bock of Third Street. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $6,000.
