- John Haisman, 44, of 323 S. Seventh Ave., Winterset, was arrested for driving while revoked as a result of an accident May 12 in which a vehicle, driven by Haisman, collided with a vehicle, driven by Emily Gitch of Adel, on U.S. Highway 169 near River Valley Drive in rural Adel. No injuries were reported. Damage to Gitch’s vehicle was estimated at $5,000, and damage to Haisman’s vehicle was estimated at $5,000. Haisman was also issued a citation for failure to stop in assured clear distance.
- Virgen Rodriguez Abad of Urbandale was traveling in the 31000 block of 250th Street when her vehicle entered the ditch and overturned. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $3,000. Rodriguez Abad was issued a citation for failure to maintain control.
- Jaylen Biggers, 22, of unknown address was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
