- Dwight McNeal of Centerville was traveling eastbound on Iowa Highway 44 near W Avenue when his vehicle collided with a vehicle, driven by Jennifer Hall of Grimes. Hall’s vehicle was in turn struck by a vehicle, driven by Austin Meiners of Polk City. No injuries were reported. Damage to McNeal’s vehicle was estimated at $2,000. Damage to Hall’s vehicle was estimated at $20,000, and damage to Meiners’ vehicle was estimated at $15,000.

- Alexis Krenz of Omaha, Nebraska, was traveling on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 114 mile marker her vehicle entered the median. Krenz was transported by Dallas County EMS. Damage was estimated at $10,000.
- David Stitt Jr., 53, of 2024 Hickman Road, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Tyler Kirby, 43, of 1915 Ninth St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Michael Schmidt, 44, of 317 Trowbridge St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for first-degree fraud.
- Eric Vortes, 43, of 950 67th St., West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Marco Lopez, 26, of 1800 Grand Ave., West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of OWI.
- Tirzah Klein, 28, of 395 Fourth St., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of falsely claiming an emergency.
- Ezra Coulter, 19, of 115 S. 15th St., Adel, was arrested on a warrant for first-degree criminal mischief, trespass and reckless use of fire.
- Leola Pierce, 19, 115 S. 15th St., Adel, was arrested on a warrant for first-degree criminal mischief, trespass and reckless use of fire.
