- Ryan Patrick McAlister, 45, of Coon Rapids was arrested on charges of third or subsequent offense possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension.
- Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1200 block of W. Fourth Street.

- Jacob Robert Kroupa, 27, of 1823 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- Christina Marie Lachner, 43, of 1606 Fifth St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of second-offense domestic abuse assault and child endangerment.
