- Eduardo Morales, 43, of unknown address in Urbandale was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of OWI.
- Curtis Siler, 37, of 1312 13th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Larry Morgan, 41, of 2111 S. Virginia Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of disorderly conduct.
