- Angela Herman of West Des Moines was traveling on Iowa Highway 141 near Wendover Avenue when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $10,000.
June 5, 2025
- Keyaira Jones, 22, of 6620 S.W. 14th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Charles Young, 47, of 1603 Greene St., Adel, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
- Cheryl Tonelli, 57, of 823 Brighton Dr., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for failure to affix a drug stamp and possession of a controlled substance.
