July 9, 2025
- Anthony Stoik of Clive was traveling on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 100 mile marker when his vehicle entered the median and struck the cable barriers. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $30,000.
- Mark Gooden of Lincoln, Nebraska, was traveling on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 100 mile marker when his motorcycle left the roadway. Gooden was transported by Dallas County EMS. Damage was estimated at $20,000.
- Brooklynn Epley, 20, of 105 N. School St., Linden, was arrested for first-offense domestic abuse assault.
- Nicomedes Aviles, 41, of 8510 Rainbow Ave., Denver, was arrested for OWI, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and issued a citation for no license.
- Jonathan Baldwin, 38, of 420 S. Fourth St., Burlington, was arrested for control of a firearm by a felon, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Pablo Rodrguez, 51, of 7066 Andrews Terrace, Panora, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Wai Kur Akon Mac, 28, of 1125 S.E. Olson Dr., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Andrew McGregory, 40, of 1525 E. 19th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while revoked.

- Ronice Steeve, 40, of 1824 Warford St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to stop in assured clear distance.
