A Georgia woman was arrested Saturday after allegedly assaulting a Waukee woman and damaging her vehicle.
Bryana Marie Robinson, 29, of 2921 Piedmont Road N.E., Atlanta, Georgia, was charged with first-offense domestic abuse assault and third-degree criminal mischief.
The incident occurred about 2:30 p.m. Saturday in a parking lot in the 700 block of N. E. Venture Drive in Waukee, where “third-party video” evidence showed Robinson allegedly “struck the victim in the head multiple times” and “then damaged a vehicle belonging to the victim,” according to court records.
Robinson’s action also allegedly “caused damage to a bystander vehicle,” estimated at $1,000, according to court records.
Robinson was held in the Dallas County Jail on a $2,000 cash or surety bond. She is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Aug. 26 in Dallas County District Court.
*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
