
An Urbandale woman was arrested early Sunday after allegedly assaulting an Urbandale man in the home.
Morgan Danielle Dubree, 29, of 5419 167th St., Urbandale. was charged with first-offense domestic abuse assault-bodily injury or mental illness.
The incident began about 12:45 a.m. Sunday at a residence in the 5400 block of 167th Street, where officers of the Urbandale Police Department responded to a report of a domestic disturbance.
The officers made contact with the victim, who described for officers Dubree’s alleged “jumping on top” of him “and assaulting him,” according to court records.
The officers observed on the victim “red marks on his face where he stated he was hit,” according to court records. The victim also said he was allegedly bitten by Dubree.
Dubree was held in the Dallas County Jail on a $1,000 cash or surety bond. She is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Sept. 24 in Dallas County District Court.
