September 17, 2025

  •  A 16-year-old male from Ames was arrested on a charge of second-degree sexual abuse.
  • Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct in the 1800 block of Pattee Street.

September 18, 2025

  • Grabiel Garcia, 44, of 2021 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on charges of third or subsequent offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Shelby County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of marijuana.
  • A 2005 Toyota Corolla, driven by a 14-year-old female from Perry, collided with a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee, driven by Brenda Natali Aragon of 1811 Second St., Perry, near the intersection of 12th Street and Otley Avenue. No injuries were reported. Damages were estimated at $6,000.
  • Officers responded to a report of fraud in the 1200 block of Fourth Street. The loss was estimated at $2,500.
  • A Mercedes R.V. collided with a legally parked R.V. in the 400 block of First Avenue. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $20,000.
  • A 2006 Toyota Scion, driven by Kristine Kay Reisberg of Perry, collided with a 2019 Honda Accord, driven by Thomas Alan Kloster of Perry, in the 1300 block of First Avenue. No injuries were reported. Damages were estimated at $1,500.

September 19, 2025

  • Keela Marie Bomar, 52, of 913 Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of fourth-degree theft.
  • Brandon Kirtley, 35, of 908 Park St., Perry, was arrested on charges of driving while suspended and possession of drug paraphernalia.

September 20, 2025

  • Brando Burgos, 25, of 1608 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and assault on law enforcement.

September 21, 2025

  • George Enrique Gonzales, 46, of 2801 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on charges of first-offense OWI, first-degree harassment and assault on law enforcement.
  • Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1400 block of Willis Avenue.

September 22, 2025

  • A 17-year-old male from Bouton was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended.
  • Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 900 block of Willis Avenue.
