- Brent Allen, 45, of 1012 E. Walnut St., Elkhart, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of public intoxication.
- Sabahudin Delic, 35, of unknown residence was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Jeffrey Hughes, 42, of 15668 Quinlan Ave., Bouton, was arrested for driving while suspended after he was traveling in the 17000 block of Pioneer Avenue, and his vehicle entered the ditch. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,500. Hughes was also issued a citation for failure to maintain control and no insurance.
