- Hozaifa Hussein Ahmed Ali, 24, of Iowa City was arrested on an Iowa City warrant on charges of two counts of assault with intent to commit sexual abuse-bodily injury, two counts of false imprisonment, two counts of assault causing bodily injury or mental illness and assault.
