Hastings Funeral Home in Perry is in charge of arrangements for Dawn Lynn Harl, 38, of Des Moines and formerly of Perry. Dawn died Dec. 6, 2015, in Missouri.
A Celebration of Life will be held Jan. 2, 2016, at Hastings Funeral Home in Perry from 1-4 p.m.
Dawn is survived by her parents, Jack and Edith Frantum of Perry; daughter, MaKayla Harl of Des Moines; three brothers; and two sisters.
Memorials may be made to benefit her 11-year-old daughter’s education. They may be sent to Hastings Funeral Home in Perry.
