- Charles Andrew Onnen, 19, of 302 1/2 Warford St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of burglary.
- Richard Todd Applegate, 46, of 623 N. Third St., Winterset, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of operating vehicle without consent.
