The city of Perry has issued to following reminder for residents:
Perry city offices and the Perry Water Works office will be closed Monday, May 30 in observance of Memorial Day.
The Perry Public Library will be closed Sunday, May 29 and Monday, May 30 in observance of Memorial Day.
The McCreary Community Center will be open from 1-5 p.m. on Monday, May 30, with the pool closing at 4:30 p.m., in observance of Memorial Day.
Monday’s garbage and recycle routes will be picked up Tuesday, May 31. Tuesday’s garbage and recycle routes will be picked up Wednesday, June 1.
There will be no yard waste pickup Wednesday, June 1. Yard waste pickup will resume on June 8 with pickup north of Willis Avenue.
