Dallas County Auditor and Commissioner of Elections Gene Krumm has established six satellite absentee voting stations for the Nov. 8 general election, and voting at the Perry satellite station is set for Monday and Tuesday of this week from 1-7 p.m.
Any Dallas County resident wishing to cast an absentee ballot for the 2016 general election can do so at any of the six locations. A voter may also make changes in name, party or address at any time during the satellite voting period.
The county’s six satellite absentee voting stations for the Nov. 8 general election are:
- Perry Public Safety Building, 908 Willis Ave. in Perry
Open for voting Oct. 17 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Open for voting Oct. 25 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. - St. Boniface Catholic Church, 1200 Warrior Ln. in Waukee
Open for voting Oct. 18 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Open for voting Oct. 27 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. - Heartland Presbyterian Church, 14300 Hickman Rd. in Clive
Open for voting Oct. 19 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Open for voting Oct. 27 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. - St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 7075 Ashworth Rd. in West Des Moines
Open for voting Oct. 21 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. - Woodward United Methodist, 108 W. Fifth St. in Woodward
Open for voting Oct. 25 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. - Van Meter American Legion Hall, 910 Main St. in Van Meter
Open for voting Oct. 26 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Additionally, individuals can vote absentee through Nov. 7 in the Dallas County Auditor’s office at 210 N. 10th St. in Adel during regular office hours from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The Dallas County Auditor’s office will also be open Saturday, Oct. 29 and Saturday, Nov. 5 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
