The fifth grade classes of the Perry Elementary School took their vocal talents on the road Tuesday when they entertained residents of the Perry Lutheran Home’s Main and Spring Valley campuses with holiday favorites.
A highlight of the performances was a reader’s theater production of “Red-Headed Robbie’s Christmas Story.” A craft activity rounded out the visit.
Many of the residents of the long-term care facilities sang along or tapped their hands and feet as the chorus of youngsters filled the halls with their happy voices.
