- Rodolfo Enriquez Menendez, 56, of 1803 Lucinda St., Perry, was cited and released at 10th Street and Willis Avenue for driving while suspended.
January 25, 2017
- Taylor James Altemeier, 21, of 5817 Pleasant St., West Des Moines, was arrested at 360th Street and Tabor Road for driving while revoked.
- David Lyle Warburton, 64, of 32276 G Trail, Earlham, was arrested at State Street and Old Highway 6 for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension. Warburton also was served a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear.
- Darryl Troutner of Dallas Center was traveling west in the 23000 block of Iowa Highway 141 when he lost control of his vehicle due to the road conditions, and the vehicle struck the center bridge guard rail. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $2,000, and damage to the guard rail was estimated at $500. Troutner was issued a citation for driving without insurance.
- Lisa Marie Ward, 36, of 2514 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of OWI.
