- A caller said his dog was missing. He said the dog was blind.
- A caller said she received text messages that “claimed she had items on repossession, and they could take of that issue for a small fee.” An officer responded.
- A caller said “the tires to her vehicle had been slashed.” The caller said it was “the second time it occurred but the first time they have reported it.” An officer responded.
- A caller reported “a male riding a bicycle” and “pulling a trailer eastbound in the westbound lane of Willis Avenue.” The caller was “concerned for the man’s safety.” An officer responded.
- A caller said “they had a very agitated child that had run off.” An officer responded.
- A caller said “she and her husband had been victims of identity theft.” An officer responded.
- A woman entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. who was “wanting to report credit card fraud.” She said “she believed that she had been scammed when attempting to put money into her son’s commissary account while he was in jail last fall.” An officer responded and started an investigation.
- Yandi Yecenia Sierra Barco of 2624 Warford St., Perry, was issued a citation for first-offense dog at large.
- A caller from a local retail store said “a person came in and took a 20-ounce soda and left without paying.” An officer responded and made contact with the soda drinker, who “had just forgotten” and who “went back and paid for the soda.”
- Officers of the Perry Police Department stood by during a transfer of child custody.
- A caller said “she had seen a male pointing to her house” and “signaling to someone else, and she and her dad had apprehended him.” The caller said the person “was trying to leave, but they weren’t letting him go.” Officers responded.
- A caller reported “a mom who was being hit by her son.” The caller said “the mom had told her to call the police department.” An officer responded.
April 15, 2017
- A caller said a dog was running at large. An officer responded but “was not able to locate the dog.”
- A woman entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. with an envelope containing lunch money that she said she found. An officer responded and investigated, making contact with an adult who “confirmed she has a daughter,” and the daughter “had lost her lunch money.” The adult “said she would respond and pick it up.”
- A caller said a neighbor “has a garage full of trash” that is “causing an insect problem for the neighborhood and a stench as the weather warms up.” An officer responded, and a message was “left for the compliance officer.”
- A man entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. and said “he’s having problems” at his workplace with someone “digging through the trash cans.” The man said he told the trash picker “to leave today,” and the trash picker “swore at him.” An officer responded and made contact with the trash picker, who said “there would be no more problems between him and” the man.
- A caller said a dog was running at large, and “they opened their door, and the dog ran into their house.” An officer responded. The Humane Society of Perry was notified.
- A caller said a cat was running at large. The animal was transported to the Perry Animal Holding facility. The Humane Society of Perry was notified.
- Ian Scott Stucker, 18, 2012 Warford St., Perry, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of alcohol underage, expired driver’s license and no insurance.
- A caller said someone was “harassing him.” An officer responded.

- A caller reported a barking dog. An officer responded.
- A 17-year-old male from Perry was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana.
*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
