Richard Dean Sieck, 66, of Grand Junction passed away Tuesday, July 25, 2017.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 29 from 3-5 p.m. at the Carris Family Funeral Home in Perry. Burial will be in the Violet Hill Cemetery in Perry.

Richard was born on Sept. 5, 1950, in Tama, Iowa, to Rudolph Henry and Ruth Frances (Hoffman) Sieck.
He was married to Denise McDowell.
Richard worked maintenance for many years at Tyson Fresh Meats in Perry.
Richard enjoyed golfing, watching football and going to the casino.
In death he rejoins his parents, Rudolph Henry and Ruth Frances Sieck’ brother, Leroy Dale Sieck’ and a son, Richard Dean Sieck Jr.
Left to cherish Richard’s memory are his daughters, Jennifer Jacobson of Perry and Jessica Johnston of Perry; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sisters, Debbie McAllister of Grand Junction, Jeanette Hornsby of Perry and Ruth Ann Cosner of Grand Junction; a brother, Lyle Hoffman of Grand Junction; his longtime friend, Darcel Coleman; an aunt, Isabelle Froskey of Perry; cousin, Pam McAllister; and many other cousins.
